Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms“) for Raavna.store Home Services (“Services“) available on the website www.Raavna.store and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Website“). These Terms govern your usage and receipt of the Services and are agreed between you and Raavna or between you and the respective service provider of the Services on the Raavna.store website (“Website“), as applicable.

Please note that if you have opted for paid Services, then your use and receipt of such Services is also governed by the Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice of the Website, available at Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice respectively, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. To the extent any of aforesaid terms are inconsistent with these Terms; these Terms shall prevail with respect to the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order for Services on the Website. Your usage and receipt of the Services shall signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms, as may be amended from time to time.

  1. ServicesServices including services for installation of electronic products, furniture, etc. will be made available to you on the Website. Certain Services will be available only if relevant products have been purchased by you from the Website. The availability of Services can be viewed on the product details page of the relevant product on the Website. By availing of any Service, you confirm that you are a resident of India. You understand that some Services could be free or require payment, and could be delivered to you by Raavna or by the respective service provider of the Services, respectively. The availability of the Services, whether provided by Raavna or an independent service provider, will be displayed on the product detail page.
  2. Service ProvidersThe Services are listed on the Website either (i) by Raavna and will be provided and performed by Raavna, through its network of third party service providers; or (ii) by a service provider, and will be provided and performed by such service provider.

    It is hereby clarified that in both of the above scenarios, Raavna is not involved in the provision or performance of the Services. In scenario (i), Raavna invoices you directly for the Service; however it merely selects the appropriate service provider to deliver the Services to you, through its network of third-party service providers. In scenario (ii), once you place the order for the Service, Raavna selects and allocates the appropriate service provider to deliver the Service to you, as per your chosen address and time slot, in order to provide you an efficient Service experience on the Website. You are directly charged by the allocated service provider for your selected Service.

  3. Brand Fulfilled InstallationBesides the Services, installation services for certain electronic products offered for sale on the Website may also be fulfilled by the brand of the concerned product (such installation, “Brand Fulfilled Installation“). To avail of Brand Fulfilled Installation, you may place a service order on the Website requesting the concerned brand to provide Brand Fulfilled Installation. If Brand Fulfilled Installation is available for a product, it will be displayed on the product detail page.

    Brand Fulfilled Installation is provided and fulfilled solely by the concerned brand, without any involvement of Raavna.

    The brand may impose its own terms and conditions for performance of the Brand Fulfilled Installation, which may or may not be available on the Website, you agree to comply with such terms and conditions as and when the brand communicates the same to you.

    Any queries, complaints or issues pertaining to the Brand Fulfilled Installation must be addressed to the brand and Raavna will not (nor be liable to) mediate or resolve any issues or disagreements between you and the brand.

  4. Ship-to-Store ServicesYou may avail of installation, assembly, fitting or repair services in relation to certain identified products listed on the Website (“Ship-to-Store Service“). If Ship-to-Store Service is available for a product, it will be displayed on the product detail page.

    The services under the Ship-to-Store Service will be provided at the offline physical location of the concerned service provider. To avail Ship-to-Store Service, you will need to select the service provider and place a service order on the Website. By choosing to avail the Ship-to-Store Service for the relevant product, you agree that the product will be shipped to the location of the service provider, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any agreement that you may have with us or the seller of the product in relation to the delivery or shipment

    The Ship-to-Store Service is fulfilled solely by the concerned service provider, and Raavna is not involved, in any manner, in the provision of the Ship-to-Store Service. The risk with regard to the products for which Ship-to-Store Service is performed vests with the chosen service provider, upon delivery of such products to the concerned service provider until completion of the Ship-to-Store Service with respect to such products.

    You may be subject to the terms and conditions for performance of the Ship-to-Store Services that the concerned service provider may choose to impose, which may not be available on the Website. If so required by the service provider, you will need to additionally comply with such terms and conditions if you propose to avail the Ship-to-Store Service.

    Any queries, complaints or issues pertaining to the must be addressed to the concerned service provider and will be solely resolved by it. Raavna will not (nor be liable to) mediate or resolve any issues or disagreements between you and the service provider.

  5. Delivery or Performance of ServicesYou may specify the date and time for the performance of Services at the time of placing the order for the appointment for the performance of the Services. In respect of certain products, an option may be available to avail the Services at the time of delivery of the concerned product. You will be intimated on the product detail page, if this option is available, and you have the choice to select such option.
  6. Our ContractYour request for a Service is an offer to Raavna or the allocated service provider (as applicable) to avail and receive the Services selected by you in your order. When you place an order to avail a Service on the Website, an email confirming receipt of your order and its details is despatched to your registered email address (“Order Confirmation E-Mail“). The Order Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgement that your order has been received, and does not confirm acceptance (by Raavna or allocated service providers) of your offer to avail the Service selected by you in the order. Your offer to avail the Service selected by you is confirmed (by Raavna or allocated service provider) and concluded when an e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the Service has been confirmed (the “Appointment Confirmation E-mail“). If you have selected a paid Service, the Appointment Confirmation E-mail will contain details of the service provider that has been allocated to perform the Services selected/ordered by you, basis your address and time slot preferences. If you have selected a free Service, Raavna shall share details of the service provider allocated to perform the Service, from its network of third-party service providers.
  7. Service Availability and Fee and CancellationDetails with respect to the availability of a particular Service in your pin code will be mentioned on the detail page of the relevant Service. Further, certain Services may be available only with respect to particular brands of products, the details of which will be available on the detail page of the relevant product listed on the Website.

    Certain Services may be offered to you free of cost for a limited time and will be provided to you by Raavna directly, through its network of third-party service providers. The decision to offer the Services without cost is subject to the discretion of Raavna, and may change at any time.

    For paid Services, you will be charged a fee mentioned on the Service detail page, which may vary from time to time. Except as expressly set forth in the Happiness Guarantee Policy available here or if provided under these Terms, any fee if charged for Services is non-refundable.

    You agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to GST, duties, and cesses, etc., in connection with the Services.

    If applicable, the price of any Service cannot be confirmed until you order the same. Despite best efforts, a small number of Services listed on the Website may be mispriced. If the correct price of a Service is higher than the listed price, in our discretion, either you will be contacted for instructions before the provision of the Service or your order may be canceled and you will be notified of such cancellation.

    Additional material may be required for the provision of certain Services. In such a case, the service provider allocated to you will inform you about such requirements and may procure such additional material. You will be liable to bear the cost of any such additional material, and purchase of such material shall constitute an independent arrangement between you and the service provider.

    In case your order is not serviced within 15 days after placing the order, or the request placed for Ship-to-Store Service, the order will be canceled automatically. If you have used a pre-paid payment method to place your order, the order amount will be refunded to your Website account within 3 to 5 business days after the date of cancellation of your order.

    Except for Ship-to-Store Service, you may cancel your Service request, at any time until the start time of the Service, however once the performance of the Service starts the Service or Service request cannot be canceled. Any cancellation request post expiry of the aforesaid period shall not be valid and shall require you to disburse payment anyway.

    For Brand Fulfilled Installation, the fee will be determined by the concerned brand and you must pay such fee to the brand directly at the time of installation, as applicable.

    For Ship-to-Store Service, the fee will be determined by the concerned service provider and you will not be required to pay any fee over and above the fee paid on the Website to avail Ship-to-Store Service.

  8. Troubleshooting for Your ProductsFor the products where the troubleshooting option is available, we may raise an order on your behalf to provide a resolution in relation to the issue with your product. This is available only for select products and is subject to the applicable terms, including the Return Policy, which is available here.
  9. Happiness Guarantee PolicyIf you are not satisfied with the Service availed, you may make a Happiness Guarantee claim subject to the Happiness Guarantee Policy available here. For the avoidance of any doubts, it is clarified that Happiness Guarantee Policy is available only for the Services that are provided and fulfilled by Raavna. The availability of Happiness Guarantee Policy for your Service may be indicated to you at the time you choose to avail the Service.
  10. Alteration or Amendments to the TermsRaavna reserves the right to make changes to our policies, and these Terms at any time without prior notice. You will be subject to the policies and Terms in force at the time you order the Services. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
  11. Events beyond our reasonable controlNeither Raavna or any service provider will be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with the stated obligations under these conditions or to provide any Services to you, if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond the reasonable control of either Raavna or the service provider. The brand will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform the Brand Fulfilled Installation requested by you. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
  12. WaiverIf you breach these conditions and no action is taken against you, Raavna or the service provider (as applicable) will still be entitled to use their respective rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
  13. CommunicationsWhen you send e-mails to Raavna, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the Website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mails or phone calls from us or by the allocated service provider with respect to your order. Raavna may communicate with you directly or through its affiliates. For Brand Fulfilled Installation and Ship-to-Store service, you permit Raavna to share your contact details with the concerned brand or the service provider of the Ship-to-Store Service (as the case may be) to enable it to perform or cause to be performed Brand Fulfilled Installation or Ship-to-Store Service (as the case may be). You understand that the brand or the Service Provider may reach out to you for the performance of Brand Fulfilled Installation or Ship-to-Store Service (as the case may be).
  14. DisclaimerServices or any information in relation thereto is provided, and the availability of Brand Fulfilled Installation or any information in relation thereto are displayed on “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Raavna or its affiliates do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or will be free of errors or deficiency. Raavna or its affiliates will not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any conduct, behaviour or actions of service providers in connection with the Services performed for you or any loss caused due to use of additional material procured by such service providers. You agree and acknowledge that the use of the Services offered on the Website is at your sole risk.
  15. Limitation of LiabilityIN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THE WEBSITE’S CONDITIONS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL RAAVNA OR ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO SERVICES. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  16. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
